Well, I just found out that Google Finance has a discussion group.
I posted my experience with T-Mobile on their Google Finance discussion group - http://finance.google.com/finance?cid=1739399. I first needed to sign up using my Google account (in this case I used my gmail address). After which I was allowed to post to the group. According to their guidelines posts are moderated and mine was held in a queue for a moderator to review. I posted around 8:00 p.m. MST and the post was approved by a Google moderator about 45 minutes later.
