I ran into your site today and I’m wondering if you would care to swap links with my cigar blog at www.humiblog.com. Besides cigars, I a great fan of coffee, going so far as to roast my own beans! My blog and yours have a similar style, I like it.

How’s this for a guest cup? I’m planning a little blurb this week about coffee so I’ve been working on a good composition for it. This cup is actually an Ethiopian blend from a relatively new shop of artisan coffee in Madrid called La Mexicana. This is a blend I like not for it’s power, but for its wonderful complexity and aroma; an excellent companion to a fine cigar.

Guest Cup 69 is from Edan of Humiblog.com. Holy moley, Edan! That is a gorgeous shot. I love your blog and wish you well. My very first cigar was taken on the side of a volcanic crater with two dear friends from school. It was a very Republican, hunter’s lodge and red meat kind of weekend. I do not remember what kind of cigar it was, but it was smuggled in from Cuba via Japan. It was wonderful and horrible at the same time. I learned quickly that you do not take deep drags of cigars. Thank you for the cup, Edan.
