Coffee Cup 386
Some think that this blog has clarity and focus others that it is neither original or (sic) artistic. The last from a guy that could probably use some extra credit.
A few minutes ago I got to tell one of my favorite jokes.
How do you pronounce the capitol of Kentucky? Is it loo-ah-ville? Or loo-ee-ville? My friends from Kentucky pronounce it frank-fort. 386.

Coffee Cups 384 and 385
The dress shop is in play. Presh spoke with the Realtor and got some details. Lease rent is a little high but with no percentages or overages. Lease is tranferable and set through 2008. Next step is to review P&Ls and inventory. Agent has copies from 2001.
The Realtor believes that traditional financing may be difficult to find. Seller financing is available. I wonder how motivated they are to sell? We shall see. 384.
This is getting fun. I totally need to find where I stashed my von Neumann-Morgenstern and my Nash. I guess it is time to unpack afterall. 385.

The rocks you see in the pic is from Mongolia and the shells are from Kaho???olawe. Part of drinking coffee is the ambiance. I like my coffee dark and plain.
Aloha,
Burt

Guest Cup 37 is from Burt Lum of Bytemarks and the Rough Take podcast. Archived copies of the Bytemarks column may be found here. I first wrote about Burt’s adventures in the Marshalls during Cup 156. Read his posts from the other side of the digital divide here. Thanks for the

The guy to whom I made the offer he could not refuse, did not refuse today. He starts sometime next month.
