Coffee Cups 208 and 209
The day’s rhythms are different when my morning coffee changes. It is subtle and in the background and it takes a while to notice. The coffee is a 100% Kona and it is good, but not the same. I fear this day will go differently.
I should stay home and DVR. 208.
I should not venture out or do any work or write. I must stay here and not pack or clean or do anything productive. I must hide until Major Dickason arrives. 209.

Coffee Cup 207
I have run over two birds and a cat. A bird and a cat in separate incidents while speeding on the highway and a bird while driving slowly by the university. This, I imagine, is hard to do.
I have yet to hit a cow or deer. I have hit other cars, though. Out of Peets again, drinking 100% Kona from the greenies. 207.

Guest Cup 14 - A Famous Person!
Tim of The Tim & Tony Show writes:
This cup is being enjoyed on a rainy, cold San Antonio morning. The coffee is Aspen Select’s Hawaiian Kona Blend. The muse is the subject of much attention on The Tim and Tony Show.

Guest Cup 14 is from our famous friend Tim of The Tim & Tony Show and his muse the puppy. Excellent!

Coffee Cups 205 and 206
I like confident competent people who are witty. I also like them if they are dark and disturbed. They annoy me if they are a little too happy or a little too nice.
I like anything with cinnamon and sugar, especially with a crispy/soft texture. I also like those warm chocolate cakes with the melted chocolate centers served with coconut ice cream. That is the only time coconut ice cream does not annoy me.
I like clarity. I also like process. Consensus annoys me when it is used to silence.
I like it when famous people send me guest cups. Tim’s cup is next…

Guest Cup 13
Gibarian writes in:
I was made aware of your site through the Tim and Tony Show, and I think it’s a grand idea. I love coffee and couldn’t do without it. I thought I’d send in a cup photo to see if maybe it ends up in your guest cup section. It’s a
picture initially made for my now defunct Photo Phriday section on my website stormgrass.com.It’s a simple IKEA cup filled with pure black coffee, made by my coffee machine which produces about two cans of coffee per day to aid me in whatever I need aid in. I have not a clue as to where the beans for my coffee came from, but I think it’s a sure bet they didn’t come from the Oriente region of Guatemala. They were quite possibly not subjected to lots of sun and lots of rain, and I’m sure I’ll rot in hell for not buying Fair-Trade coffee.

Guest Cup 13 is from Gibarian of Vienna and of www.stormgrass.com. Gibarian found us through The Tim & Tony Show and sips his cups on a pretty cool looking table.
